Angelica Dress

This short dress is fun and comfortable. In black with tiny pink flowers, it has ruffles on the off-the-shoulder top. One of our only dresses with long sleeves. Ruffles at the wrist and another set of ruffles at the hem.  Wear this to a picnic in the park, on a girls trip, or a movie night in.
