Batubelig Dress

Ruffles everywhere. This short dress is fun and sassy. In a sweet pink with tiny blue flowers, Batubelig has ruffles on the off-the-shoulder top. One of our only dresses with long sleeves, there are girlie ruffles at the wrist. Then there's another set of ruffles at the hem.  You can't have a bad day in Batubelig! Wear this to a picnic in the park, on a girls trip, and at a concert (would be great with boots too!)
